We strive to provide complete customer satisfaction.

1. Our guarantee

At Aphrodite Chocolates we are entirely committed to providing the very best customer service. If you have sent some of our chocolates, or received a gift that you are not entirely happy with then please contact us to let us know. We need to know if we can improve on something, and we will always do our very best to put it right for you. Just give us a call or send us an email and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

2. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays.

3. We aim to dispatch our orders within 24 hours, so you should receive delivery within 24-48 hours; however, we rely on Royal Mail and other delivery partners for prompt delivery and so can’t accept responsibility for late arrival due to delivery delays which are beyond our control.

4. ALLERGIES: Any or All Aphrodite Chocolates products may contain dairy and/or nut traces.

5. We take payment at the time of order. By doing this, we ensure that we get your order dispatched and delivered on time, and that there are no delays or hitches.

6. Any offers we make are to be used independently, and are not available in conjunction with any other offer.

7. No order is accepted by Aphrodite Chocolates until we have checked & approved it. If there is a problem we will e-mail you within two working days. If you have questions about your order, just give us a call or drop us a mail – we’re here to help!

8. We reserve the right to not print any message that contains offensive and/or inappropriate content.

9. In our mixed selections we reserve the right to substitute chocolates with others of equal value and quality.

10. In the rare circumstance that your chocolates are damaged by the postal service it helps us if you contact us immediately, and retain the damaged packaging. The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can start to put it right!
